Very professional, great job.

We decided to upgrade our old inefficient ducted gas heater to a 6 Star unit. The Energy People quoted less than a third of the price of a reverse cycle unit. Our system was installed in a week and the installers were brilliant. We couldn't be happier. Our home is cosy and the system is whisper quiet. The team arrived on time. They were professional, courteous and explained clearly why the external unit might be better slightly re-positioned, to which we agreed. I recently converted Gas ducted over to ducted electric reverse cycle system and couldn't be happier with the service and product. The Team at The Energy People from the first phone contact through to site inspection, quoting, installation and after sales and install check was an incredible experience. Everything happened quickly, nothing was impossible or too hard. The project management by all was impeccable. The installation Team brilliant and WOW quick and cleaned up afterward.....so well it was as though no work had been done. From start to finish, amazing, friendly and professional team. Initial install was good, however the actual functionality of the system installed is disappointing.
