First time having my lashes done at Mai's was a really fun experience for me! I've had my lashes done at other places before; but at Mai's, they assessed the best lashes for every individual to achieve the best result, and they also did an eyelash shampoo clean which was not offered at the other places I've been to. The price is affordable and worth it for the service too! Marika was really lovely and nice while doing my lashes, her work was amazing! My family and friends even thought it was just my natural lashes but just looks better! Highly recommended especially for first timers, you'll get addicted!

I have been seeing Mai for three years now to do my lashes and I only have great things to say about her! Her work is amazing! I am always so happy with my lashes! I’ve gotten many compliments on my lashes since I’ve started to see Mai. She is very attentive and gentle when she is doing the lashes (I always fall asleep). Her work space is always clean and well organised and she always goes the extra mile to make sure you’re comfortable. She is literally one of the nicest people I’ve known but also very professional. She is so friendly and really made an effort to get to know me over the years. I cannot recommend her enough! She is easily the best lashes in Brisbane!

If you've got Asian eyes go here! Beautiful work, the best eyelash salon in Brisbane! I've got monolid eyes with sparse, short eyelashes which are so difficult to work with I've been turned away from other eyelash salons in Brisbane. Mai is able to do full sets on me which last weeks and weeks and look AMAZING, her work really is second to none. Her installations are comfortable, light, long and plush and they last. I'm on my second set and I couldn't be happier. Parking is available and the salon space is comfortable and chic.

They provide a relaxing atmosphere & music that lets me fall asleep every time and the environment and set up is very clean and tidy. Satsuki is so gentle and skilled. Very happy with the services here!

Mai is honestly so genuine and careful when it comes to lash extensions. I’ve had so many bad experiences where others glued too closely to my eyelids/ recommended longer lashes that my original thin lashes cannot handle and damaged my orignal lashes for years. Mai is honest and recommends the best length and style and the salon is so clean and cozy too. Will 10/10 recommend the girls here for any lash related services :)

I have been getting my lashes done by Mai and Yuka for a long time now and I couldn’t be more happier. The staff are super friendly and down to earth. They provide a very high standard of service and I recommend 100%. They have also expanded to a second location in Toowong. If you want great service to get your lashes done definitely go and see Mai and the team!

It was the first time i left an eyelash extension shop feeling like the service was custom to my eye shape and face. I asked for a natural look because i felt my past experiences from other businesses gave me a very intense and fake look. I really appreciated the staff listening to my concerns and providing me an outcome that i would gladly go back for.
