I ordered my mum's Christmas present from here and can I just say 'WOW!!' at the outstanding customer service!! Kelly-Anne is such a lovely soul. Throughout the process of personalising the garden tools, she gave me regular updates and even sent me photos of the final product (gorgeous garden tools!!). I had an engraved gardening set made for my mums birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The quality is amazing and my mum absolutely loves it. Kelly was fantastic throughout the whole process and stayed in regular contact with any updates on my order.I highly recommend and will definitely use Yarra Valley Makers in the future!

Kelly-Anne was wonderful from the second I placed my order for personalised gardening tools. She gave me regular updates on progress, let me know when the items had been shipped, and checked in with me once they arrived. I ordered the tools as a gift and they arrived beautifully packaged - my mum loved them!

The product i received was beyond my expectations. Hand made and a perfect one of a kind gift for my partner. The quality is fantastic and my partner was over the moon when he received his birthday gift. The customer service was incredible! Very quick to respond, made sure I got my product long before the date i needed it and was super friendly. I will be purchasing from here again. Kelly-Ann is an amazing artist!
