It's a good medium sized supermarket, but OMG the staff. They bump their customers out of the way, block them in the aisle's, and they push their trolleys direct at the customer. So little respect for the customers who put the money in the till. Standing at the entrance to the self serve checkouts recently, waiting for my turn, a male staff member just roughly pushed me back as he wanted to ' exit via the entrance'. No Excuse Me or even a look of apology, just his body pushed against me, and I'm 69yo. Where are the courtesy's to the customer !!

Good supermarket. Has a few items I dont see in other Woolworths which is great. But today I bought a lettuce and had to cut half of it off due to mildew. Not to pleased. Fresh should be fresh.- New day today. It was sad, only one register open for trolleys. 2 other staff doing nothing wouldn't open for the people who needed serving. And they want to know why they are getting less clients. Surprise, try serving your customers. Off to coles from now on. Unfortunately Woolworths arent working. Customer service is key to making money.
