Sci-Fleet Toyota

I recently had issues with my 2017 Hilux which I had bought new from sci fleet at Brendale.The DPF appeared to be malfunctioning.I was told it would be replaced under warranty, even though the vehicle itself was well out of warranty.I suspected sci fleet may, on inspection of my vehicle, make up excuses for the problem and try to bill me.I have had it remapped, larger intercooler and exhaust.I was totally wrong and pleasantly surprised. My vehicle had all repairs done on time and totally free.Driving home I definitely noticed an improvement.Thankyou Sci Fleet Toyata at Brendale.

Thanks Dan E. for helping me from start to finish with purchasing my new car. My 3 boys and I upgraded from a 2001 Daewoo Lanos to a 2022 Rav4. I had to explain to my children why our new car didn't have a stick that winds around in a circle to wind the windows down. The door latch was broken on 1 of the Daewoo doors and was not useable, so my 5 year old is excited he can finally open his door without having to climb over the seats anymore. This car means so much to us and we are so grateful. Thanks Toyota!

Had very unsatisfactory experience on my last booked and scheduled service with a toyota a90 supra. Firstly it started with the oil for my car was not in stock for a service that was booked weeks earlier, so we waited extra 1.5-2 hours for that to get delivered. On receiving my car back I'm told I'll need new tyres soon, i was shocked by this comment as i had only recently checked the tyres and there was plenty of tread. So i get to my car and check the tyre tread and i agreed they were starting to get low, and lower than i recall, so suspicious i check the HARD WIRED dash cam that you cannot turn off (unless you know how or delete the footage), and to my shock there about 1.5 hours of missing footage on the dash cam including when the 2 mechanics took it for a test drive. I waited for the standard how was your service call, then got transfered to the service manager. i explained what happened, and was asked to put into an email and they would investigate, which we did, we have then followed up twice and more than 2 weeks have passed with no correspondence from toyota about what i suspect is mechanics taking my modified supra a90 for a joyride and burning rubber at my expense. How else can you explain 1.5 hours of missing dash cam footage and less rubber on the tyres while the vehicle has been in Scifleet's care. Have been going to this location (was under previous management before) for many years, and bought several vehicles here too, but this will be my last time. I am more so disappointed in Scifleet's management that they have not even taken any time or care to acknowledge the complaint or respond. I bet they will now that i have posted in social media.

Be careful calling their numbers. Something is wrong with how their phone systems work.Rang service and it kept me on hold for ages. It was never picked up. Rang sales and they transferred me to service and someone answered immediately.Rang parts on a Saturday and it said that someone would pick up my call shortly and they were just busy. 20 minutes later I drove there and the receptionist says 'parts aren't open on Saturday'.Just a total lack of respect for their customers. What an absolute joke having a phone system that keeps people on hold when they are not even open and does not tell the customer they are closed.

Our second 200 series Land cruiser from Sci-Fleet Toyota.
