Extremely friendly auto electrician! So incredibly helpful!I had an intermittent auto electrical issue that suddenly stopped just before dropping my car off; the auto electrician was extremely accommodating with the appointment time and explain what could have happened and why it has returned to working again. He said to save my money and wait and see if it stops working completely, which will indicate that it needs replacing. He could have easily just replaced and charged me for replacing the part and all the labour but he didn't.He then said that if I have any more issue to bring it back and he'll sort it out; giving my keys back and saying that there was NO CHARGE for any of this!! Such a genuine, honest and kind guy!I highly recommend this place for anyone with auto electrical issues!!

Amazing service!! I had an emergency with my car that required a heap of things fixed up at short notice and Ross was awesome. Would highly recommend them and will be using them for anything in the future.

I had an issue with my car window won't go up after its been wound down. Austwest handled the job really well from the time I booked the appointment to the end. Ross was great and updated me during the day as to the status of securing the part and quotes as to how much it will cost. Great communication between parties and job well down. I highly recommend Austwest for any auto electrical work needs.

These guys are great, they repaired my aircon the same day. My aircon was working intermittaly while driving,they found my relay faulty .Total bill under $100 I highly recommend this place, if you want good honest service

Ross tried to fix my aircon in my Ford ute, but later found out it was my compressor. Not just a regas or fuse. Aircon was working when I left, but not for long. Could only help me if I returned the ute. I had trouble getting it up there and back the first time, taking time off work etc. I'm trying locally now to fix the fault.
