50,000 service on XV YNE86V.All went sort of ok,BUT: why did you check software update for audio, when I specifically asked for navigation software update?Probably because the young lady (Tearnie??) who served me at 7.30am was not listening to me. She made me feel quite unwelcome and did not give me eye contact once. I noticed the same attitude given to the customer before me.On collecting the car at 10am I was served by Karanbin who was VERY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS. He saved the day for Capital Subaru. Thank you.I suggest all front office staff should wear name badges.

Matthew was a rarity in service industry. He was easy to deal with, sincere and always made me feel welcomed even though I sometimes turned up unannounced. He explained things with patience and I was awed by his energy and passion every time we met. On the day of picking up our new car, he brought us coffee while taking time to go through the documents with us. He then professionally delivered a thorough introduction of the car's main features and its operation. Despite a little longer wait than expected for the car's arrival, the whole experience from placing the order to finally getting the car was hassle-free, memorable and beyond satisfaction. I left their Fyschwick office driving my new Subaru in smile and gratitude.
