Very rude receptionist. If you not a patient there they are not welcome you to do pathology there. You got to wait the patient who came after you to go before you. And you have to wait outside while their patient who Is seeking pathology only can seat inside.No sign or explanation only told: pathology you have to wait outside. You are not allowed to come in.Even their patient has feel awful the way she spoke came out and give support. This really puts any potential patients off.If there’s difference for treating patients and non patients then it clearly not a good place to go.

Middle age woman with glasses need training and education of how to treat patient or people in general, the most rude receptionist that i ever encountered. Ask us to wait outside while it is 40 degree outside and other patient could wait inside, her gesture and tone are unbelievably rude. We will report her to Victorian and human right commission and consumer affair.

It is always a very easy place to go to when you don't feel well or just need advice. The front staff are polite and always helpful. My doctor is extremely professional and easy to communicate with. The medical clinic is a part of my life that l am content and relaxed with.

Not good enough. You cannot change a patients appointment without his knowledge and then blame them for missing the appointment. Very very disappointed and won't be coming back here.
