I have called Evap Doctor out twice in the last two weeks, once due to a water leak with my air con and a second time due to an issue resulting from a power surge. Jarrod was incredibly helpful on both occasions and took the time to explain the issues to me. He was thorough and professional and was also considerate of my (indoor only) cats. I would highly recommend Evap Doctor.

Jarrod was the maintenance man and he was very punctual and friendly. He attended to my evaporator cooling unit and quickly identified the problem. Within an hour it was fixed and a quick service was also carried out. Well done for me.

Can not recommend these guys any higher. That are awesome. Always arrive when they say they will. Nothing is toouch trouble. Jarrod even replaced a couple of tiles while he was up there. Thorough job every time. They are my go-to guys.
