There are no words to express the gratitude our family has for Imogen and the Cleveland team at McCartney ❤ unfortunately both my father in law and father passed away this year and Imogen was by ourside for both. She made the process so easy given it being such difficult times. She was authentic in her approach and would just sit and listen to us whether it was crying from grief or laughing when remembering the good times. Two weeks ago to the day, our family said farewell to its matriarch, Nola. We needed to select a day for her that would avoid family birthdays and Easter. Lea-anne and her team made it happen. Our experience with them guiding us was seamless. The McCartney family was kind, caring and compassionate at every step of the way, especially when we needed it most. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Lea-anne and her team to help you through in your time of need. Forever grateful we chose them, especially for our dear Mum. My first time having to plan a funeral was incredibly daunting, I had absolutely no idea where to start. My experience with McCartney funerals was due to the sudden loss of my husband whilst we were on holidays..not ideal.I wanted to use a local family owned funeral company - when I reached out to McCartney Funerals (in Cleveland) my first point of contact was with Imogen who was very warm and compassionate to myself and the situation. Imogen's willingness to assist me to understand how the repatriation process would work in bringing my husband home and then making that happen was so professional but really caring at the same time - it helped me immensely to get through and to know how well cared for my husband would be during that process brought me great comfort.Her guidance and assistance with planning the funeral service was so warmly provided and helped me enormously to give my husband the farewell he deserved..At all times Imogen would be ready to listen, gently guide and assist with the process..I would absolutely recommend McCartney Funerals and especially Imogen as a Funeral Director...she absolutely eased the pain for me by her professional guidance and compassion - can never thank her enough

Recently we lost my mother-in-law and wanted to find local Funeral Director as we like to use local businesses when we can. We chose McCartney Family Funerals and we are very glad we did.Leanne and her team did a wonderful job for us and we couldn't be more grateful. My mother-in-law's service was simple but elegant just as she wished and at a reasonable price.Tammy Bowdern was the Funeral Celebrant that we chose and she also did a fantastic job and spoke about my mother-in-law in a way that was respectful and insightful.All the family and friends in attendance either in person or via the Web link made comments about how it would have been everything Shirley would have wanted. We couldn't asked for more.At such a sad and challenging time all of the above made it just that little bit easier on us to organise her last farewell.Sandy

My father passed away just over 2 weeks ago. Being the first funeral I had to plan was very daunting but Imogen was so warm and welcoming, very easy to talk to and dad’s service went perfectly. They were always in contact updating myself and family members of details and always up for answering our questions. McCartney Family Funerals has been amazing to deal with in the recent passing of my Dad. Imogen went above and beyond to help my family and I organise Dad's service and made sure we got everything we asked for and that everything was perfect and exactly how we wanted it. My husband and I lost our beautiful son about 6 weeks ago now and with the assistance of the McCartney Family Funeral and their services were absolutely impeccable. Our deepest gratitude for Imogen and her assistance through the process from start to finish, her ability to take our stress away from us with ease and grace was a blessing. The service that was provided for our beautiful boy was everything and so much more.
