Awesome Service and Excellent quality and price. I am very happy. Tony was punctual polite, went to a lot of effort to explain everything so it made sense to me (something I've not had before when people came out to fix tv problems). He was efficient, did the job and I was very happy. He even took his shoes off before he came into the house, which was very nice cause we have new carpet. I didn't even need to ask him. He wore a mask. I highly recommend him. Won't be going anywhere else. Honest and tells you what has to be done, and if something doesn't need doing he will be honest with you. Thank you Tony. :)

The worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. He gave me a quote for installing an extra tv outlet after visiting my place. I agreed so we made an appointment for the following week. On the appointment day, I was waiting for him at home, he messaged me saying he wants to cancel the appointment since he cannot finish the earlier job.>- We provide fixed-time appointments ----- failed.Well I wasn't impressed but it can happen so I gave him a second chance, made another appointment. Again on the appointment day I received his message saying his meter stopped working, can't do the job without it. I tried to ring him a couple of times, he didn't pick up my calls. An hour later, he messaged me saying he couldn't pick up my calls because he was driving and he forgot to charge his bluetooth handset...>- We provide fixed-time appointments ----- failed again.He also asked me to contact someone else if I don't want to deal with him. I messaged back and asked if he would offer me some discount if he cares about his customers and feel sorry, as I wasted my days for waiting for him, unfortunately he doesn't bother replying me back.I have contacted another (bigger) company, their technician visited and told me how he will install an extra tv outlet. It was different way to what Tiger Antennas was going to do, the technician said 'that's a butcher's job, lucky you didn't get it! '.

He may have been responding promptly for quotes a year ago but certainly not anymore. Twice enquired via website and SMS to his mobile, and zero response received.
