A complete waste of time! Very unproffesional & unreliable office staff & sales technician, first they quote for a job and don't communicate for weeks & after trying to contact them for weeks, they get back and say the quote has increased. Their excuse for not getting back for weeks is that they're too busy! Very unprofessional and an unreliable company. Called up their office thrice and was told someone will call back right away and nobody even bothers to call back.

What a great company to deal with. Right from the get go, I was quoted over the phone, tech came out within a week and door was ready for install within 2 weeks. Rhys the installer was such a great guy, he installed the trellis door in a couple of hours (and it was raining) and even cleaned up after himself!! I highly recommend this company if you are looking for a safe and competitively priced security solution. Thanks Rhys and the team at Australian Trellis door co.
