Although the work and service was great I was left with a bad taste after a $10,800 bill for 3 meters of wooden fencing and a wooden gate. The material costs seemed ok but the $95 per hour labour cost for each tradesman including a 17 year old boy was extortionate. 2.8k materials and 8k labour is not fathomable. After giving an opportunity to fix the bill expecting a timesheet error I was told this was correct. I have since had other companies cost the scope of work and all are left scratching their heads. Be warned they charge like wounded bulls.

They do good work when you can get them to work. But I give up waiting for a quote on some renovations after 6 months and 3 years later still no quote.

I can know why Ken and Dan are award winning builders. They are a local team that build with precision and good old fashion service. Highly recommended for any building projects.
