Running Wild Fitness
I have felt uncomfortable in my own body since I can remember and wanted to tone up and feel fit, however like so many people I struggled to keep a consistent exercise routine and working out always felt like a chore which had to be ticked off the list. After having children I felt even more uncomfortable in my own skin and craved some ‘me time’ back in my life so I decided to make time for myself a priority, so I took the plunge and went to a Running Wild class. The team were all so friendly and the classes were actually fun and didn’t feel like a chore. I found myself looking forward to each class and enjoyed the happy endorphins and extra energy consistent exercise has given me. I now regularly attend 4 sessions a week and still can’t get enough of this group nearly 2 years on! I feel so much more confident in my own body and I can’t believe I’m saying I actually love exercise! Thank you RW!!
