These people question the payments of 400k to anyone whom covers up for them - murder isnt a problem when 400k is on the line. Civil claims against the Government and its departments will result in false statements being placed upon the persons files which can not be ever removed, altered, or even corrected. The members of the court will only provide legal assistance to those whom are going to be paid amounts like 400k - the assistance is designed to permit the abuse of a lawful process which was never created for such a use. Those without legal assistance never win any case (even if a department tells you that you have won - its a lie). This part of the process is simply the start of the smear campaign that will happen after 'you win' and if your health was effected by the issue then its investigation will be tained by members of the group making false claims against you without your knowledge (the staff performing the medical will lie, conceal medical issues, and engage in computer record fraud where possible to make 'the problem go away')On the 6th march 2013 Sharron Steele asked Ms Crebbin via EMAIL (tribunal says there is no record of this.. guess whos running it now until 2016)if there was a way around the client receiving the application?"seems the tribunal do give legal advise.... if your corrupt you get advise.."

Be very careful with the preliminary conference, as it is designed to be confidential, while most participants are naturally not aware of all the rules and legislation, there is possibility that the presiding staff might use tactics to manipulate you so as to settle the dispute and minimize the hearing rate-- one thing matters to them.Mine was held this way, deceptive information was given to me and I have to accept the result. The presiding member was rude, impatient, and made negative comment on Tenant Union and Legal Aid as well, both of which helped me tremendously. It also took the current President 180 days to respond to my complaint, and there is nothing she can/want do about it, not to mention the best time for investigation has been wasted. ACAT has no complaint process guideline, no time frame if it is for a presidential member. Funny enough, ACAT overviews major energy company's complaint handling process but itself couldn't done worse.Further complaint regarding my negative experience was made to Simon Corbell who is the ACT Attorney-General , and again there is nothing he can do about it.The whole system is a joke and people there look after their mates.Way inefficient, but always have ways to protect themselves.

I felt a great disturbance in the public service, as if hundreds of cronies suddenly cried out in terror and were suddenly silenced.Something wonderful has happenedALP is shutting down the AAT and forming a new body!!

Based on my experience, because you operate at a Federal level, I found the interviewer egotistical, and enveloped in his own self-importance.It appears to me, the legal industry (lawyers, barristers, QCs) hold nothing but contempt for the AAT, who are “beyond the law”, and make unrealistic judgements, based solely on their hypothetical knowledge, with no real world experience. The AAT is a conundrum in the legal system, a cancer that needs to be excised, to protect genuine Australian citizens.

They take 400 days to review a simple tourist visa case. They are not there to help but to take money and waste applicants time. I was told that if I withdraw an application they will refund my money and as soon as I did, they said the money was not refundable.

I asked the ATT to review the decisions of a public university, the state ombudsman, TEQSA and the commonwealth ombudsman of awarding me a university degree with an academic transcript with false dates and giving me credit for courses I never studied. These mistakes made in my academic transcript make my awarded degree somewhat funny and thus questionable for other universities and employers. In my correspondence with the ATT I kept stressing that I needed legal guidance, something I don’t have access to being foreign. They ignored my questions for help, dismissed my case and completed their dismissal claiming that because the application was resolved in my favor they will refund most of the application fee. Also my question of where to take my case of the ATT could not assist me was not answered. The ATT for me was an Abhorrent Torture Tactic to obstruct any form of responsibility and accountability on state and commonwealth governmental institutions of Australia.
