Love this store. I had the best customer service experience from Latisha. She was extremely helpful and made me feel very comfortable and welcome in the store. I would highly recommend this outlet. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Had high expectations following previous reviews and was sadly disappointed.Babies - a handful of girls onesies/outfits and 100's of leggings.Kids - loads of underwear both boys and girls.Women's- you can probably find underwear to suit, $5/$10. Lots of ankle socks. Bras, goodluck fighting through the women looking for their sizes, hard pass from me.Men's - loads of $5 trunks, enough singlets.Clothing - some random sized tops and pants nobody wants. $50 Champion hoodies in black and blue (mostly cropped and xs).There were no socks appropriate for colder weather and the loud rap music and long service line meant I put the 4 items I had back and walked out empty handed. I don't recommend making a trip out here unless you are a local and are passing by.

After my hubby went, I decided to go to the outlet and was not disappointed. Sizes are limited and prices range from $2 -$50. I have always shopped bonds and love that the outlet is close to me. These make for great Christmas stocking fillers. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I look forward to going back and taking my mum friends with me.

Shopped here today for myself and 7 children. Absolute bargains!!The best thing about this place is that the workers are extremely friendly and helpful, even when they are flat out busy! You don't get this much assistance at any other retail store. They genuinely made me feel like they were happy that I was happy to be getting such bargains! Would give them 10 stars out of 5 as they definitely go above and beyond

Been there in shop today Island lady who works there is so rude to customers , 0 customer service skills , I wish she’s thrown out of her work soon , we don’t feel like going there anymore. Left disgusted by her behaviour she made our day look so sad
