Used to be ok, service has dropped to the point that you feel like you're interrupting the staff when you want to pay for your purchase.Of all the pharmacies in Gawler, this is the worst on all aspects, service is appalling and staff have little to no interest in assisting customers.There were at least three staff members, maybe four or more at the time I was browsing the shelves, not one came to offer any assistance unlike I read happens on your other reviews at this franchise, in reality, the poor standard of service is consistent with that of reviews of other Terry White pharmacies on various review sites, so I guess it must be the company as a whole.Definitely would not recommend this franchise, there are many better options in Gawler to choose from, more accessible, and as I've discovered, more customer friendly.On their receipts they claim Refunds provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law"

Great,very friendly chemist in middle of main street. All staff are cheerful and for a relatively busy place service is good.Highly recommended.

I got served by a nice young lady last saturday to help me find the right product for me. will be coming back soon! she was wearing an 'in training' badge and she did very well for her age.

Terribly disappointing at the total lack of customer service!We are from Melbourne and my partner suffers from a heart condition and needs to self monitor her blood pressure every day.She stressed out after an extremely high reading. We thought perhaps it is a fault with her machine. So we headed to Terry White Chemmart in Gawler…where we in incidentally had purchased the monitor. All we requested was a ‘professional’ to do a blood pressure test using their equipment.We were informed that they cannot do blood pressure tested due to Covid! A total load of rubbish!!!They were just NOT INTERESTED….tough luck if you are on the verge of a HEART ATTACK!Unbelievable…..l suggest any locals to go to National Pharmacy in Gawler Central….they were fanastic!Nothing was a problem…they understood our concern and conducted 2 blood pressure tests on their machine then tested our monitor……they understand CUSTOMER SERVICE!Terry White Chemmart Gawler do not even deserve the one star….but there is NOTHING LOWER.

Been in twice in 2 days looking for decent probiotics for my whole family. Both days noone even acknowledged me or asked if I needed help, but asked a young teenage girl and 2 older ladies. Obviously I don't fit the profile of someone wanting to spend money.

Terrible customer service. Only in town for the morning (as i live 400kms away) made sure i was in before closing (online showed 12pm on Saturday) waited patiently for about 20 mins while a number of staff came to the BASS outlet counter & all avoided eye contact. Eventually one staff member asked me if i was waiting? Very observant! When i replied yes i would like to collect tickets purchased online, her reply was that 'we are very busy'.. although it did not seem so to me. She said that there was only one staff member on that knew ANYTHING about the ticketing & she would be busy until around 3pm & could i come back? I looked around & the staff member in question was selling mascara to a customer. I mentioned that i had seen online the store closed at 12 & was told that was incorrect & with that the staff member walked off. I left & at around 2pm phoned to check if i came back in (leaving the event i had travelled over for) would anyone be able to assist me & was told , Sorry our ticketing closes at 12pm!! What a completely useless service

I've never been here before. The girl couldn't quite price match for me but worked out a price for me. Explained the medication to me (my doctor didn't). Was friendly and helpful. Great customer service
