I am thoroughly enjoying the pilates classes. I have been attending 3-4 times a week for almost 6 weeks and I am finding that my strength and flexibility is improving with every class. The reformer machines help me to keep the movements and I find it amusing that I can walk out of a class feeling like jelly but not break a sweat. There are plenty if time slots available that suits my schedule. The instructors all offer fabulous knowledge and are always mindful of any injuries you might have. They also offer you progression and regression options during each class to suit your skill level. I appreciate the extra stretches the instructors show you to help strengthen or stretch a tired or tense muscle. Just waiting to try a massage now.

Best massage I have ever had, and I have had so many massages over the last 20 plus years. I also had cupping here for the first time and I felt a million times better after. Very knowledgeable and helpful with my many back pain issues and problems. I would highly recommend this business.
