I started working with Xugar with high hopes of boosting my website's rankings, traffic, and conversions. However, after waiting for 6 months, I have been extremely disappointed with the results. Not only have my rankings not improved, but sales have decreased by 30% due to lack of quality enquiries.The company projected to deliver results in a timely manner, but their lack of communication and slow response times made it difficult to track their progress and the techniques they used were not effective in improving my website's performance. I started raising my concerns after the third month and every month I was promised that the results would get better, but even after waiting and being patient for six months, nothing changed.The company's inability to deliver results has left me feeling misled. I signed for a 12 month contract(biggest mistake!) and now they won't let me leave even though their SEO Director agreed that since the past 6 months rankings have been falling and the SEO campaign has not performed as they expected. They are happy to have an unsatisfied client rather than doing the right thing and terminating the contract.In conclusion, I would not recommend this SEO company to anyone looking to improve their online presence. Their ineffective strategies and lack of results have caused more harm than good and I am extremely disappointed with the outcome.UPDATE AFTER THE RESPONSE FROM XUGAR:AHrefs Rankings Data-- We agreed on a set number of keywords as per your package/pricing structure. If the keywords that YOU suggested are not showing improvement but declining, then it's not important if some irrelevant keywords are ranking better, bringing irrelevant traffic and poor quality leads to us.The targeted keywords which were on top 3 positions, at the start of the campaign, are now sitting at the bottom of page 1 and keywords which were on page 2 are on page 3 and 4,hence the campaign did more harm than good. Before writing this review, I raised my concerns and proved to you numerous times that rankings and quality of leads were going down but you just kept on saying that it will get better next month. I felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously and were brushed off. We can go on and on about the numbers but at the end of day, if results were positive, I would have written a five star review. I should have seen good improvement in 6 months, not a decline on all fronts.I was paying your full monthly fee even though my rankings and sales were declining. The backlinks created were poor quality coming mostly from aggregator sites and directories. What was most concerning was the lack of transparency and accountability. At the end of month, I was just given a report from your tools without any brief about the works(content, backlinks, etc.) that were carried out for that month. The unprofessionalism and inability to deliver on the promises made for a negative experience that was not worth the investment or time.

Couldn’t be more happy with my new website design!!!!I own a beauty salon and originally made a site on Squarespace. After consulting with Xugar, they recommended migrating to Wordpress. Raj and Karl took care of the entire process and were very thorough in their approach and process.Definitely recommend Xugar if you’re looking to upgrade your website design and development.

Be very careful, don't believe their clever ways for you to trust them!If you agree to spending any money with them keep as much control as possible of your website as if you lose trust it will be easier to get rid of them.Most of their reviews are fake!Please look at the three photos that I have added to this review to prove my point about fake reviews.I found two people review Xugar & 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers as both 5 stars, and if you go to Xugar's home page 24 Hour Melbourne Plumbers is listed as a testimonial customer. What are the chances that in a city as large as Melbourne, people are choosing the same SEO agency as their plumber? Correct as high as a chance of winning the lottery!Most of their reviews look like they are people that have worked for the business and have been encouraged to make a fake 5 star review (i.e. they aren't business owners that you would expect to use a SEO business).Here is my story.I approached Xugar for SEO services early in 2023 with the main objective to go up Google page rankings.The salesman was great, I told him I was 10th for a search term, he kept laughing at how easy it was going to be to go up.We signed to a one year contract, the salesman went away, I had many meetings with random people in their business that if I met before signing the contract and spoke in depth to them I doubt that I would have signed the contract.I gave Xugar time to develop the SEO strategy, they came up with a few webpages, we deployed to my webpage and...No change in Google page rank (we actually went slightly down)Every time I would question when we would expect to go up Google page rank I was told everything is great, we are going up etc.All of my questions were based on Google data & my website's data (Squarespace) but they were never answered as Xugar had a report from their system on how great they were going. Obviously if you are generating the data you can show what ever you like.After three months I lost confidence in Xugar's ability to preform SEO services and told them I was cancelling the one year contract. I was told that I couldn't but I had changed the passwords to my website and said that I was happy to go to court for any outstanding payments.For my business the money we spent on SEO with Xugar actually led to lower sales, when I mentioned this to their staff they tried to convince me that my sales were going up. My biggest frustration was being treated like an idiot. I.e. My data from Google & Squarespace (which I can't control) shows decline and being shown a Xugar report (which they control) shows improvement.

So so good. Best results with Google Ads for my company.

Very disappointed with Xugar, I got recommended by a mate that uses their services, and I’ve placed in inquiry on their website. Right after one of the sales representatives called and promised to provide with google ads campaigns that will bring me more clients into my business.After several days that Dion is calling me every single day sometimes twice to get me on board, I convinced that is the right thing to do for my business. Paid $2200.They said it would take 10 days to build the campaign which is ridiculous, they came out after this time with a very simple campaign. They started running this campaign and the goal for the beginning was 10 calls for each city we’re advertising per day, I’ve been paying fortunate to the ads and not getting a relevant leads, I had to call them all the time and keep their interest to work on my campaign. I complained many times that I feel like they are not calling or working to justify the money I’m paying for their service.Ended up losing about 30% of the work I used to receive from my previous campaigns, 1 employee left us because of lose of work. And I paid to this unreliable company $4400 for less than 2 months “work”.Won’t recommend to anyone to go with them!
