Worst service ever. It is good when they are trying to sell you a product but after that they are incompetent and not helpful. I have had nothing but issues with them since buying my vacuum cleaner and trying to get new parts or repairs done on it. Service was disgraceful and I would never go back and would not recommend anyone to go there if you want assistance after you walk out the door with a product.

Bought the Bissell Spot Clean Turbo here a few months ago.The product is brilliant, wish i had bought one sooner. Used on Floor rugs and lounge so far. They now look like new again. Customer Service was also great.

Great customer service to get a sale. Forget it if you have any issue with your vaccum under warranty. I’ve recommended all my friends and family to get Godfreys over Dyson and other leading brands and never again. Left with a faulty vacuum that has sparked and tripped my power circuit and they’re telling me there’s nothing wrong with it. Will be contacting the ACCC to resolve.

My vacuum cleaner died. I tried a couple of stores, Godfrey's was clearly the best. Good range, friendly staff with professional and honest advice. Came away happy and with a new vacuum cleaner. Thanks.

I went there today to take back a spray mop that had broke, they said the warranty had expired as it was only a 90 day warranty and I had owned the product for 99 days. I asked for the managers details so I could contact them and ask whether they could replace it out of warranty. The customer assistant called the area manager who approved the out of warranty replacement immediately. It showed that customer service is important to them otherwise i would have left quite annoyed.

I bought a carpet cleaner in 2014 for over $1k and had purchased an extended warranty to take it to 5 years. I was stressed out because we couldn't find the receipt. I brought the vacuum in anyway to see if they could do anything for me. The sale assistance that served me was very friendly and knowledgeable. He said that he will have the purchase on record and he did! The vacuum will be fixed under warranty! I would highly recommend Godfreys Croydon. That is how you look after your customers!!

Very impressive, honest and knowledgeable customer service. Went in planning to buy a steam mop but after discussing our flooring type they recommended we check with the property agent first to confirm it would be safe to use. They could have very easily kept quiet to just make the sale but they were up front and honest about the things we should be aware of.
