BD Building Property Repairs
The tiled roof to our garage required repairs from a fallen tree after the recent storm. BD’s team of bricklayer, carpenters, tilers, painters and guttering installers were coordinated superbly. Without exception they arrived on time as scheduled, worked hard through the day, explained what they were doing and why and completed each task professionally to a high standard of quality. I can highly recommend this company.

BD Building Property Repairs
My insurer engaged the services of BD Building to repair two gables and three rooms damaged by a recent storm. While the internal work awaits a break in the pandemic, the external work on the gables (mainly replacing the flashing) has been completed efficiently and professionally. The building supervisor coordinated with me very well about the timing and duration of the work. The tradesperson Marcus completed the outside work with very high standard. They are both very pleasant to deal with. I would recommend the company to relatives, friends and neighbours.

I found Jason & Adam very professional and competent in their trade. Adam carried out our job today he was on time, got straight into it, no messing around. BD property repairs were excellent. A slight delay on the job but communication and responsiveness stood out. Communication between the builders, the insurance company, and myself was seamless. The Supervisor and tradesmen worked well as a team. I would highly recommend their services.

BD Building Property Repairs
BD Property was engaged but our insurer to repair storm damage to our house. They resealed the roof, and replaced the wardrobe fittings and plasterboard. Some painting and electrical work was required too. The whole team were great - positive and helpful with a wonderful attitude. Happy to highly recommend them.

Fantastic guys, repaired our garage ceiling and some eaves following storm damage. They did a fantastic job. They were friendly, polite and were no bother to us at all. Just came every morning and got the work done.The office was great too despite us having to constantly go between them and the insurance company.
