Love the ambiance of the clinic, super clean and zen. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Went for my 2 week review and was super happy with the results! Dr Neville really cared about what I wanted for the end result. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I have been seeing Dr Neville for a number of years for numerous skin and cosmetic treatments. His work and work ethic are impeccable. At the same time, he is a very approachable and kind doctor. He listens to my concerns and will treat me (to the extent that he can professionally) to receive my desired 'look' - however, he never treats me 'unnecessarily' and that's very important to me. He always thoroughly explains what he proposes to do to me and why. He is always happy to answer my questions. I am extremely pleased with my results and will continue to return to him. Thank you, Dr Neville.Additionally, Kiora's reception staff have always been so warm, friendly and helpful when I call them to make appointments and product enquiries, as well as in person. I regularly call them if I am having difficulty attending or scheduling my appointments. They are extremely compassionate and accommodating to my personal needs. I also cannot thank them enough.

Not the place to go for a massage. Cold room, relaxation massage was not relaxing at all. I have Been to many different massage places and the masseuse here had a weird massage technique.

They have a good range of treatments. I had a remedial massage which was excellent.

Today I had an anti-wrinkle treatment with Dr Grace Lin and feel very happy with Kioras service and treatment ☺️ If you’re looking for a comfortable experience, this is the place for you.

I have benefited greatly with the services and treatments at Kiora. Masumi is very professional and generous with her facials using the best products from France .. Payot !I always leave feeling so relaxed and with a younger face . Massage contouring of my face muscles is very effective. Grace and all the staff are very skilled and professional. Thankyou !

Dr Neville is amazing! I have been seeing him over the past 24 months and have always been extremely impressed by his knowledge, care and detail to attention. The staff are always polite and understanding. HIghly recommend.

Disappointing. I had the essential package : one hour massage and one hour facial. The facial was average. For the massage I specifically asked for deep tissue massage with firm pressure, but what I got was probably a relaxation massage. Odd technique. The room was cold, I ended up with a runny nose. I told the masseur that my shoulder and neck were stiff, she just said “ do you exercise at all?”. Yes, I do daily! But I do sit at a desk for hours daily as well and that’s why I needed a massage! Very disappointed.
