Kenneth has looked after our IT for many years. Nothing is ever a problem. Kenneth has been able to fix anything we have given him- quickly, efficiently and for a reasonable cost. Kenneth is patient , kind and obliging. We would recommend Kenneth to anyone who has a small or large IT requirement

Refused to provide quote for product without product number or serial, then refused to respond after I provided it to them. Will definitely let Toshiba know about there service so hopefully they don't recommend these guys again
