Tighes hill taffe. Today.Rainy day, change of usual venue from local school. Soaked getting there. ballet paper got wet had to exchange. Was dealing with the girl who served me but had to deal with a woman a few desks up yelling instructions. Creating confusion. Not allowing me to deal with the officer i was with with out creating confusion. Not acceptable, embarressing and bloody unprofessional.Mistakes happen but no one needs to be yelled at.Horrible experience.
