I work in a 4 star resort in mooloolaba and the amount of stained linen coming from you guys is absolutely appalling!!! Mould stains, tears, black marks and someone's long black hairs are CONSTANTLY ON ALL THE LINEN!!!!!VERY unprofessional!!Its now been how many weeks and here I am again with nasty black marks on what is supposed to be clean linen!!!!

Used to be one of the best in the industry, have now cut their supply area dramatically.Took month to get an answer for delivery.After leaving numerous requests for sales to get in contact.Had we received a straight forward answer instead of salesman speech we may not have wasted month chasing them for service.

Verry hard to do business with and after days of trying you get through, and then days after that you get prices sent to you, only to find out they are almost half the cost again to what you were lead to believe

HAFE THE LINEN TURNS UP WITH BLACK MARKE AND STAINS ON IT AND THEY HAVE ISSUES DELIVERING ON TIME ONLY BE CHEAKY ON THE PHONE WHEN YOU RING UP TO COMPLAIN SORRY NOT GOOD ENOUGH
