Very professional and exceptional customer service.Highly recommend.

Im being generous giving this company even 1 star. We got flooring put in our brand new home. Before we even moved in it started lifting and coming apart all over the house. I called them and they sent someone out to have a look. Someone came out and said they would have to order it and will come back to replace it. A month and a half went by still hadnt heard from them, i called them and was told the guy sorting it was sick and would call me back the next day. 3 weeks later still hadnt heard anything from them so my partner called and was told they are busy and will call back it has been a week and still havent heard back from them or had our problem fixed ( we have now been living here for 2 months) and nothing has been fixed or had any calls back.At the point now we just want it ripped up and our money back. Wouldnt recommend these guys to anyone, absolutly useless!

Really impressed with the customer service and very happy with my floating floors

We had our carpets installed through them about a week ago but from. Edges it was coming off in less than few days which is said to be normal but when reported the same said would give.me a call in regards fixing same had to ring 3 times to get an update no follow up from their part poor customer service.

I can not speak highly enough of Trevors Carpets. A big thank you to Janine Humble for your prompt professional service.Very happy customer I love my curtains and blinds.

I am not a person who does reviews normally but so appreciative of Craig from Trevors Carpets Bunbury. His After Service is amazing. He went out of his way to professionally attend to a problem I had. No problem now and I'm so happy. I would recommend him and Trevors Carpets.

Had Trevors do all of my floor coverings and window fixings when building, nothing was too much trouble will use again

We had a measuring done told get quote in two days two weeks later still nothing would not recommend

I don't enjoy giving bad reviews, but I wouldn't want anyone else to have to go through what we did.We inquired about vinyl planks and were told it would take 1 business day. We live in a tiny unit so we moved all of our furniture into our garage, in the kitchen so we couldn't use the kitchen or walk down the passage.3 days later, only 2 rows of vinyl were down but they had huge gaps, the planks were lifting, the planks were skew and way to much glue was used. So we complained.The rep instantly defended the situation and was not a good listener. They blamed it on the contractor who they had never used before.They eventually agreed to fix it but made us wait weeks.5 weeks later, they came to fix it after us calling them several times. Once the last room was completed, it had massive gaps by the wall. I called and asked them to cover the gaps with filler and said it was not their fault that our floors are scew.I had to follow up again. 2 weeks later, 3 contractors came over to fix it. The last set of contractors that fixed the job were lovely. The reps where not friendly, were not proactive in fixing the job and never followed up. We would not recommend Trevors Carpets in Bunbury to anyone.
