Sunday evening and these guys have zero hustle. Way behind on orders. Telling people less waiting time than it actually takes. Watching wait staff literally walk the whole place not knowing where to take the order. So disorganised and all staff look like they're in slow motion! So many people waiting and not happy!

Burgers are good but Hygiene needs to be improved the groves between the table tops have food residue and tables are grossly sticky need to be cleaned properly wont be back here because of this!

I love grill'd. They're consistently great.The staff are always so friendly and helpful. The burgers are big and delicious.Indoor and outdoor seating available, easily accessible.They have loads of vegan options including vegan cheese and Mayo and the beyond meat patty.

Placed an order via your website tonight, Currently it's an hour late and nobody has answered the phone after trying for the last 30 minutes non stop. Connected with doordash who deliver for you and they can't contact the store or the driver so they can't inform me of delivery times or even cancel the order. Extremly poor service, we are very loyal customers but new to the area. Not good enough.

The food was expensive but very good, I would recommend to a person that wants to eat healthy just to make their own food as it will be way cheaper than eating here.

Food took too long to come out.My Wife's burger wasn't made correctly - missing cheese and one half of the bun was panini and the other half was traditional.That was sent back, but the waiter didn't tell the cook, so we waited for a burger that wasn't being made.Got a refund without too much hassle.My burger was ok, nothing amazing, I've made better at home in a shorter amount of time.

One of the better burger restaurants. The salad on the burger was nice and fresh and the burger itself was far better than McDonald's and Hungry Jacks and tasted and looked the part.The slider meal options are great for sharing if you're not that hungry and well worth the cost.

Great spot for a healthy affordable meal … nice spacious seating in a busy area and in the shade… the meat was cooked to perfection and the table service was courteous… you can order and pay from the table and the food gets delivered… they have alcoholic beverages as well
