Josh from True roof came to give me a quote to fix my roof. We agreed on a day for him to do the job, so l had a day off work so l would be at home. He didn't even turn up at all. No phone call to apologise or reschedule nothing. I tried ringing him and messaging him several times and no reply at all. Never heard anything more from him. Very unprofessional. Would never use this company again or recommend them to anyone.
