Couldn't order my child's photo's on the school run of photo's so I didn't want to miss the opportunity to order them and went online to do a late order to find for 10 photo's on 1 piece of paper was $26 which was fine. But $20 for postage and handling put me off from purchasing. I called photohendriks and the lady I spoke to tried to justify the handling and postage fee and had no interest in trying to gain my business. Seriously to send the photo's through a photo copy machine from a computer and sending them shouldn't cost an additional $20.

The ordering was really confusing, there was no information on when photo day actually was (this might have been the school's fault?) and no communication on how to get the photos afterwards (are they posted, are they emailed, does the school send them home?). We had to wait a really long time to get them too. The photo was rather average, my kid is doing a weird grin and has one eye squinted. I would have expected a better photo for the price they charged. Regardless, I was going to order another 2 photos for the grandparents but it's honestly too expensive so I've decided not to.

Photo quality is not great for the fairly pricey packages. Very poor post sales customer service. Extortionate 'postage and handling' fee of $20 for Perth metro delivery. Advised Christmas closure hours when arranging pick up of photos (not wanting to pay excessive postage fees) and when arrived the day before the previously informed closure date, was found they closed 5 days prior! When I queried this and asked for my order to be posted out free of charge for the inconvenience, I was basically told it was my fault for not calling up beforehand to check they were open! Won't be ordering from them again should my kids' school choose to use them this year.

Photos were great and the person assisting us did their best to get good photos

We received our daughters school photo order envelope for ordering.And while reading I found that they will not send money back for over payments under $10All of the ordering options are not whole numbers ie $28 or $43 ectAnd also charge a 1.5% ccard feeAs most of us don’t have the time to get exact change . So when you put in $50 for a $48 dollar pack.And they keep the $2 .Now for one student not too bad, but multiplying that by all of the schools they take photos for they will be making thousands extra every year !!!!Really poor in my eyes and not happy with the schools letting this happen.

Quick order on previous years photos. Easy to find for pick up and plenty of parking.

Just dealt with Anita at Photo Hendricks about digital photos. She was understanding, obliging and very kind when I felt silly for not downloading the photos sooner (last year) I am very very happy to have the 5 photos in my possession. The pictures are lovely, clear and even tho my pre teen isn't smiling! I am over joyed at having them so quickly and without issue.Thankyou again for a easy transaction and we look forward to working with this company should they return to our school!

My child explained to your photographer that he couldn’t look at the camera the way he was instructed to as he has a lazy eye and it hurts him on that angle plus he is conscious of the fact one eye looks off to the side. The photographer just said don’t look at the camera. Putting her portfolio before the feelings of a child is not acceptable. Congratulations to you as my son came home upset , plus had kids laugh at him. Not professional at all. Are you not suppose to find the best angle for the photo that suits your customer? I would never recommend you to anyone. Think of peoples feelings first

Called to enquire about the $20 postage and handling fee for school photos. Lady on phone was pleasant and explained that there was a problem with the packaging and the school which caused the high fee. I asked if I could pick up the photos instead of having them delivered but was told there would still be a $20 fee on top of the $57 for the photos.Some feedback to Photo Hensriks: A $20 postage and handling fee is ridiculous for some photos and I wont be purchasing. $5 should be the standard amount. Please take note of the feedback reviews.

This company does school photos for my son's school. They are expensive and of poor quality. Their digital downloads are extremely low resolution and terrible quality. Most smart phones from the past 5 years would produce a better result. It's extremely sad this company does not care about it's reputation. I only hope I can convince the school to use a different company in the future.
