Was all good until I placed an online order, within the stores opening hours, only to get a message saying they had shut. Fair enough, just pay me back and all good. You'd think that, never got my money back or any responses querying what had happened. This was actually in 2021 (26/9_2021 to be exact. $59.00) and I had let it go but once they started sending me unsolicited texts and emails asking me to eat there again was the final straw. Pay me back ill gladly take the review down.

Just ordered dinner from here, very disappointing. Portion size of Family Chips is a 3rd of what it use to be. Quality of fish, isn’t great. We’ve been long time customers, food and value use to be excellent. Unfortunately we now have to find a new fish and chip shop.

Brilliant, so fresh so delicious and great produce. Love hearing the chef laughing and having a good time when we pick up our order, we know it’s always good food when there’s happy chefs preparing your meal.We drive to this store outside of our local area because of the quality.First time we came here we ordered crumbed cod and it was a bit thick on the crumbing side but nonetheless 5 Stars. The grilled barramundi is off tha chain.. the potato scallops are the best we’ve ever tried. One of the best fish n chip shops we have been to in our lives. Cheers Guys!

We have lived in Springfield Lakes 12 months and never thought to try Noah’s Ark until our recent experience with cold egg burgers from the new Hangi Pit in Springfield. Since then, we’ve decided not to go back and found a better alternative and my word, we’re impressed! The fish is actually better and the chips super fresh.My husband ordered the seafood basket, myself a single piece of battered NZ Cod & my friend of 22 years NZ Cod with chips. Everyone was more than satisfied and the fish super fresh and cooked to perfection.The service staff were very friendly and the men out the back doing the cooking are champs !We will continue to visit from now on.Well done !!

Wow, absolutely blown away by this place. Really good food. The service is good too, they have a decent outside eating area and can provide cutlery, you can actually sit down and enjoy a delicious sea food meal here. I had the grilled snapper and upgraded it for chips and salad with gravy and other extras for $29 and it was literally the best seafood meal I’ve had in years. 10/10 would recommend

While visiting my mum on Good Friday, we decided to order from this place after finding it on Google. After reading other good reviews, we gave it a go. Our experience was great. The website ordering was really easy to use. The food was ready within the time we drove to pick it up - 10 mins. Hubby had crumbed Barra, Mum had crumbed Cod. Both said it was delicious - the Best fish they'd had for ages. The chips were great and seasoned with lots of chicken salt. Everything was cooked to perfection and hot!! Definitely recommend trying these guys out.

So disappointed, It's been our go to takeaway option fortnightly and sometimes weekly on a Sunday night for the last 18mths. And we spend about $55 each visit. The last 2 experiences with the quality of the food have been awful. We thought we had just an off night so decided to order again.Bacon on chicken burger stone cold, chips soggy and under cooked and the quantity of the family chips has shrunk by over half. Chiko roll and potato scallops were soaked in that much oil that it was dripping out when picked up and we asked for the barramundi to be packed separately which it wasn't. We always order by phone and pick it up before it hits the warmer. Not sure what's going on there lately.

I ordered the most expensive fish snapper. The fish was the worst one could eat. Waisted $50 nd my weekend food. Not going back there. I also feel they have me cheaper fish. Coz it didn't taste like snapper. Not recommend.

I just had an order of two hamburgers with pineapple , the burger had two strands of onion on it the bun was soggy not soggy not even toasted pineapple was some sort of odd tiny little piece I could hardly see! The potato scallops were mostly batter.missed the mark on the burgers completely I don’t know what happened tonight the food used to be good. Disappointing.
