Not happy at all. I had my cat euthanised on 7 March. My son and I wanted our cat cremated. On the day I was asked if I wanted a paw print done I said yes and I asked if I could have fur clippings as well and the lady said yes. Well 3 weeks later Montrose vet clinic have told me over the phone they cannot find my cats paw prints and fur clippings and I am devastated I can’t believe they could be so careless. I just cry thinking about it. How can they loose my cats paw prints and fur clippings. It should never have happened they have my paperwork what I wanted. Also they said they would ring me if they find them , 2 days later and I am still waiting. I also have to wonder if my cats paw prints and fur clippings were ever done in the first place maybe they forgot. I just can’t believe this is happening it’s like a bad dream. To loose my cats paw prints and fur clippings is careless and unprofessional

Good experience my dog normally shakes terrible at vets. The vet he saw was very good, also price very good for time she spent with Teddy

All of the staff here are loving and caring. It's obvious they have a love for animals and it's obvious they enjoy their jobs. I travelled from far to take my injured puppy here after my local vet recommended them to me for a specialty operation. Montrose Veterinary Centre are very understanding and considerate and I would recommended them to anyone. Thank you for all that you've done for Coonie! <3

These people really care about fur kids!!! They often offer free advice over the phone if unable to squeeze you in for a consult, and when you visit with your fur baby they are kind and gentle with it and you. Our fur family (Darby, Bonnie, and Alice the Border Collies, and Nahum the Neatherland Dwarf Bun) love the pats from Dr Jason and all the other staff at both Montrose and New Norfolk.

Excellent vet, takes care of all our animals. My epileptic dog is very well looked after here.Not very expensive at all, normally about 40 dollars for a consult.Got quoted 1200 for a tooth extraction, eye growth cut off and all the after care. Ended up being only 750 dollars.Highly recommended.

I've used this vet for all my animals over the years but in the time I've been visiting them with my pug they have been even more amazing! Always kind and happy to see my little guy the staff in not only reception but the nurses and vets out back do a great job at giving out professional advice while keeping it easy to understand and caring during emotional situations, definitely give these guys a go if you're looking for somewhere new to take your beloved 4 legged friend!

Very friendly and professional staff in a clean and bright space. It was a pleasure to have our furry family taken care of there.

Saved the mighty Thor yet again!The team at Montrose vet have always taken great care of our kittys & pups over the years. Friendly &supportive staff. I'm kinda glad they don't leave reviews for customers as Thor was not too gentle with them...
