Sandbelt Club Hotel
My family booked in for Christmas lunch, the staff in attendance were excellent, table settings were lovely, great gifts for the kids but the food was only average. There were some quite strange dishes on offer and I was surprised to see no chicken dishes, the green vegetables were undercooked and still very hard, along with the baked root vegetables also not thoroughly cooked, surely the Chef would’ve tried them for their doneness, but obviously not. All in all parts of it were okay for the price but some of the food shouldn’t have left the kitchen as it wasn’t cooked properly and was inedible and therefore wasted and left on plates. There was a nice selection of desserts to choose from. The dining area became very warm once it filled up and it didn’t seem that the air con was switched on so it became quite uncomfortable after awhile.

Decent meal, pretty quick but burger was absolutely stacked, did not realise that it was going to be a thick burger and couldn’t finish the double patty. Meat was good, but would prefer if the type of patty was listed on the menu.

Most enjoyable meal at a local pub. Recommend for a quick bite. Food and drink were very good.

I’d have to agree with some of the reviews , that the potions of the meals are small . Chicken parmigiana and chips have nearly halted in size with a had full of chips . Staff on the TAB side aren’t friendly. Pokies side very nice staff .

Good local family pub with play area for kids. Play area could do with some updating. Food pretty good. Kids meal sizes are generous. Would be good if the juice drink option in kids meal came with a bottled juice rather than a glass (like other similar pubs do). Glass is not great for toddlers

Lovely place to take your family for a meal.For those people wanting to participate in a game of chance at the pokies, it is also quite pleasant to enter the gaming area, although, do not expect to have any staff member bring your disabled relative a cup of anything.

Booked for the Special" Valentines Day dinner only to be told on arrival that it had been cancelled. So we had to choose off the normal menu or Specials Board. No Valentines atmosphere whatsoever. In fairness the Manager offered us a free dessert each but the whole ambiance of Romance was completely missing. Nothing special at all at what was supposed to be their special menu. Just an ordinary Pub night out."

Never disappoints, today was particularly good! Great food, great service, great price. My husband gave me his Lobster from his Surf N Turf, I gave him some of my Flatty Tails, it was just soooo yummy
