Asked for a quote to get our split system installed as I found it hard trying to find a business to install one that is already bought from Bunnings. Able to do the quote straight away and it was a reasonable quote so I went along with it.The guys were early, professional and kept us in the loop with the install & even let us know when they were going to be making loud noises because we have a 5 month old.Do recommend!

REQ was recommended by our property manager. Central air cond was not functioning and one of my boys had a migraine attack triggered by the heat. Despite their super packed schedule, REQ managed to slot us in for which we are so very grateful. The lady boss, Sandy is very pleasant, approachable and professional. And her team of technicians are just awesome. Polite, knowledgeable and definitely recommended. Just wanted to give a shoutout to REQ for the amazing job they did installing a full ducted 14kW system in my newly built home, complete with the Air Touch 5 for phone control. These guys were top notch from start to finish - the consultation was super helpful and they really took the time to understand my needs and budget. Installation was all completed by the team within the day, arriving at the agreed time. My AC is now super powerful and efficient, and the temperature in my house is always perfect no matter the weather outside. And with the Air Touch 5, I can control everything from my phone - it's seriously convenient. I can't recommend REQ enough - they're a reliable and trustworthy company that really goes the extra mile for their customers.

From the beginning calls with Fabian, happily looking at existing quotes we had to match (actually got us a better system and touch pad controller for less than original quote!) to the team coming to inspect and ensure the system suits our system and to the installation - we couldn’t be happier! An old evaporative system that needed to go has been replaced with a brand new reverse cycle system that has already given us relief from Summer’s start! Thank you all for the wonderful service and ensuring no questions was too silly or unanswered!

Realised at beginning of job that it was not possible with their equipment or products so job was abandoned. However have since been harassing and calling us for payment when job was not even started and no product was ever supplied. Have asked multiple times to stop and they have persisted trying to get payment for a job they never even started and could not even do.

Filip and his team are fantastic! We had an issue with our split system in our investment property and he went out and inspected it the same day and discovered it needed replacing. Had a brand new Kaden unit installed within a week at a great price without any hassles. REQ goes above and beyond for their customers.Highly recommend them for your Air-conditioning needs!

I had a referral to this company and they did not disappoint from start to finish. Filip gave me a quote (in less than 5 days) for a fully ducted reverse cycle 10Kw Daikin system with the Air 2+ app for mobile whereby I can turn my system on or off, change settings etc. from any distance (even 100s of km away).His tradies were exceptional blokes, courteous & professional as well as answering any questions we had.They did a top class installation, cleaned up their mess and removed all the rubbish.I cannot recommend them or REQ Refrigeration highly enough.This Company is a dream to deal with.
