From the moment I walked in to BL Marine the service was excellent.Very friendly staff who took the time to answer all of my questions considering it was very busy during the Xmas holiday periodHad a call from Craig to advise me the boat was ready yo be picked up, went through everything I needed to know plus more. Couldn’t recommend BL Marine highly enough. Had an issue with my motor and Scott and the team spent hours tracing the issue. Was a simple fix in the end but still spent further time ensuring it was fixed. Fitted me in before Christmas despite being fully booked and didn’t charge me for their time. Thanks for the 5 star service.

Called in and asked about a trim limit switch and the fuel sender wiring for a F300 Yamaha.Told ya cant get at switch for that model and never heard back re the wiring.Asked another dealer and was told that while your model never had a switch its a easy wiring job to make work, and they were able to help me with the Fuel Sender wiring.Guess where I went to get my parts and a service done.. Tip not BL marine

Love the place, products but when come ro customer service on the phone one of the lady customer I spoke to say she can't assist me of finding my boat water pump kit. She than referring me to do online. Therefore I call chealsea marine and one of the lady help me to order my part for me. Thank you so much Chealsea marine.
