I had a problem with my tyres that was caused from a faulty wheel alignment from a tyreplace in Victoria My rear tyres had virtually gone bald in under 12,000 kms of use.Shaun Gill (the owner) went above and beyond to help me out. Yokohama Head Office also came to the party and as a good will gesture replaced my 2 tyres for free. Shaun also provided the wheel alignment for free. This was all taken care of within 24 hours. I cannot express my gratitude and appreciation enough as they helped me with this difficult situation. I will be doing follow up visits with them and also be encouraging all of my friends to go there when they require tyres. To all involved Thank You so much

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I had been going here for a few years and it seems every time I got my car back there was always new and expensive problems with it. I told them I had to reschedule as I had a funeral to plan and they told me to never come back. They then have refused to give me all my info and records so I can show the new mechanic what I have had done and they blocked my number and I’ve been waiting a month.The owner has a nasty attitude and I don’t recommend this place at all!

Absolute rip off $340 per tyre with out a wheel allingment thenhave the nerve to call and complain that i was not happy with the service

So here we are again 4 years after our last post and another 2 bad reviews. To be clear the review about the sons car was not even our customer . He purchased the car from one of customers several months after and had the car repaired elsewhere and asked us to pay the bill. As per the funeral customer she has cancelled over 6 tines in the last 12 months also has been given copies of her invoices each and every time, and was allowed to pay her car off by instalment. When told we can no longer accept her clientel due to her continual disruption she has got angry and has harassed personal mobile phones we also had a major systems failure and lost 14 years of records hers included which was fully explained again no apologies for our actions. We are a business not a bank or personal organiser the following was posted 4 years ago. . 8 reviews in 18 years. 6 very positive comments and 2 bad comments.We cannot keep everyone happy and do not sugar coat our business. If we make a mistake we fix it as shown in one of the comments. unfortunately it left a bad taste in one customers mouth. The second complaint was from a Tyresales online customer, who unfortunately was very unreasonable, for that i am not sorry if we were rude as we are not here to take rudeness ourselves.

Can’t recommend Shaun and his team enough. My car, within the last 12 months, has gone in for a set of new tyres and now a service with Tyres & More Strathpine. For 10yrs Nissan serviced my car and I was never completely satisfied, and after what Shaun and his team found after my supposedly 120k service with Nissan, I was convinced never to go back to a big dealership again for a service. From now on I will be getting my services done through Shaun. He explains things thoroughly and actually encouraged me to have a look at the problems occurring instead of someone just telling you something needs to be fixed. Shaun and his staff were extremely helpful, and courteous. I also found the pricing fantastic. Definitely give them a go for tyres and car servicing.

Great service from the entire crew.I had a wheel alignment done today after a small problem I had noticed.The alignment was done in a very thorough way and a small power steer leak and loose link pin was also picked up and fixed.Great work guys.Highly recommend.

Excellent customer service. We went in asking them to check something to make sure it was safe. They had it looked at and a wheel alignment done within a couple of hours. Very quick and friendly staff :)

The reviews are right. The owner really does care and goes out of his way to look after his customers. Was honest and willing to honour a lower price previously quoted to me by one of his staff. Also knows the time required to complete the schedule of work and doesn't over extend themselves just to make a quick buck. Although it's only my first visit, I'm sure I'll be back again. Highly recommend based on my experience and seems very trustworthy.
