I have been working as a contractor with Home Caring Tweed Heads for the past 6 months. I have found the team at Home Caring to be amongst the best I have had the pleasure of working with. The management are excellent and keep contractors and staff updated and informed with changes to ongoing participant care. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Caring Tweed Heads as both a great employer and the best option for NDIS participants and/or those seeking a quality aged care provider.

The team were great, the house manager was fantastic the care coordinator needs to get the sack from the NDIS, unscrupulous operations on her behalf. Not responding in a timely manner with an incident. Not willing to give me support with a Larygectomy tube reinsertion over the phone? I was seeking guidance for a new participant, she yelled down the phone WHATS THE PROBLEM!Hiring unqualified staff for complex care nursing services support work.Bait and illegal advertising on a platform to hire workers, completely misleading.I have messages, emails, documentation of communication with the operations manager and have been advised to report her to the NDIA and commission.
