My advice is to avoid this place like the plague!! They have 12 year olds taking orders / phone orders who can barely count to 2 never alone take a fish and chip order!! When these kids finally do manage to take your order you’ll receive an order that is incorrect and sub par, the wait time for my order exceeded 55 mins due to their incompetence, after standing there watching these children work in this kitchen you’ll soon realise that their food hygiene practices are far below average and will be reported to the correct health department! The owner of the business is quite possibly one of the most arrogant people you’ll ever meet!! It’s most definitely worth a 5 min drive down the road to another business the has respect for their paying customers!

Phoned and placed an order tonight the order included two serves of whiting. My husband picked it up and was only then told they had no whiting. They didn’t bother calling me back and they didn’t bother to swap it out with anything else so the result was the kids had no dinner. Would not recommend based on poor customer service.

We are local Alexandra Hills residents for more than 10 years. From past experiences, we know that the food quality is amazing and the staff are really friendly. Until today. Today me and my husband made an order by phone, and I said that we would pick up our order at around 7pm. We arrived at 6:40pm, and it turned out that the young lady who was at the cash register was also the person that I talked to over the phone. Once we arrived she told us that my order was lost, and we said it's fine. We made a new order. After us there was a big line waiting to order. In the end, everyone that were behind us had already got given their order, and me and my husband were the only customers remaining in the store (even though I was the first one in line). We ended up waiting 35 minutes for our order! We eventually got our order, but we got no apology for the long wait(this was still the young lady that served us).Unhappy with service...

615 on a Sunday night called 5 plus times and the line just rings out. Internet states they trade until 730pm. They need to be able to take orders or have a website you can order via. It's unfortunate but this place doesn't stack up.

We have seen this place go through many hands. Finally it does great fish n chips. The batter is always cooked well and the meal deals are fabulous value. Burgers are big!! We only go here for our fish and chips. A special plus is the yummiest homemade potato scallops. The only con is the chip serves on their own are alittle small but in the value packs are enough. The chips are never soggy. So 5 stars for yummy.

We ordered fish and chips from here. We found the fish tasty but very small and thin and not many chips for the momey. They were well cooked but I didn't feel we got value for money.
