We initially had a bad experience, but Jane did an incredible job turning it around into a really positive experience. We bought vinyl planks that turned out to not be what we were looking for, and Jane took them back even though they'd been opened up, and gave replacement, delivered at no extra charge. Really great customer service and we are happy customers. Shop local!

Huge thanks to Will for not only going above and beyond to help me pick out and have my 2 bedroom carpets laid impeccably. He also helped fix a major issue with my wooden flooring which was laid terribly by another company. He fixed the issue incredibly well and managed to do both jobs in one day and I couldn’t be happier! Couldn’t recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks again!

Had carpet from the Econyl range installed and it's transformed my house. Great service from Will, and when there were staffing issues on the day of installation he went above and beyond to make sure the job was done. Very happy with everything. Thank you!
