I recently visited Mandala Massage and Antje gave me the best massage I've ever had. I get really tight in my shoulders and neck, and prefer firm, deep tissue work to help release that tension. Prior to even starting the massage, Antje was thorough in her assessment of my posture and ensured she knew just where to do the work. The atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing, the table super comfortable and the essential oils were a worthwhile addition. I could not recommend anyone higher. I can't wait to go back!

I’ve only recently found Antje and have loved the 2 massages I’ve had so far. I’ve been to heaps of other massage therapists previously and Antje is definitely at the top of the field. You won’t be disappointed booking in with her and experiencing a wonderful massage.

Antje is a very professional therapist. She was able to resolve some of mine problems during remedial massage and dry needling sessions. While the remedial massage can sometimes be quite uncomfortable, Antje always manages to make it very relaxing and not so brutal" as some other therapists. I highly recommend Mandala Massage."

I have been getting regular massages from Antje for about 3 months. I tried 3 sessions with dry needling as I had chronic tightness in my shoulders and neck & now my pain and stiffness levels are down to a 1 out of 10 and I can live my life without fear of having a very painful muscle spasm. I really am grateful for the improvement Antje has made. Highly recommend a massage & dry needling.

The best massage I have ever received. Antje has hands of an angel, she is very knowledge and knows how to relieve those difficult tense and sore areas. Antje is always friendly and welcoming. The place is clean, relaxing and comfortable. Products used and service is 10/10. I highly recommend!
