Being in a 3 bedroom town house with 4 adults we were limited to storage solutions. We engaged Roof Space Renovators who were very easy to deal with and quick to respond. Their staff were helpful, friendly yet professional. We installed a basic attic which solved our issue. They were reasonably priced and I am happy with the final product. I would recommend and use them again. Thank you Roof Space Renovators.

The experience with the Roof Space Renovators team was fantastic. We were looking for a business that had good reviews. We are more than happy to confirm that we shared the seemingly unanimous opinion that the team delivers five star value. Starting with the quoting process, which was straightforward and good value compared to other quotes.We converted the roof space of a 70 year old house. It involved structural reinforcement of the ground floor, first floor, and the roof itself - so not a simple job. Internal stairs were custom-made which added to the complexity of the job. At every step Andrew, Jodie, Ben and all the team were extremely helpful and flexible. We changed our mind a couple of times for certain items, and even asked for help to install an additional steel beam. I always had the impression that the whole team was doing everything possible to make it a pleasant experience. This is not typical of your average construction/renovation company!Most importantly, the end result is a dream - we love it. We still need to paint the room, and we'll post some pictures when it's finished. I'd like to say special thanks to Ben, Dennis and Clint for all their professional workmanship, flexibility and super friendly demeanour. You guys are legends!

From first contact to after completion, Roof Space Renovators couldn't have been more helpful. I contacted them for an Attic Ladder as my daughter had used them a couple of years ago and she was happy with her install. Ours was installed this week and the install was done very professionally. From query, to quote, to job completion I met or spoke with very friendly and pleasant members of their team. The job was completed to a high standard and had very minimal impact on my day even as I looked after my 6 month old in the house while they renovated. I definitely recommend these guys.

Roof Space Renovators recently installed a Roof Window in my newly renovated bathroom. Scott, the installer, did a great job in some tricky circumstances with a few showers making the roof work a little challenging. The finished product is fantastic. Very happy with the product and installation.... good chance we'll be lining up for one or two more roof products in the near future

Very pleased with the replacement of our ancient skylight. Roof Renovators provided friendly service, good advice, reasonable cost and installed a quality product.

After researching numerous options over 1 year to add an extra bedroom to our house, we finally chose to build a premium storage room with Roof Space Renovators. Admittedly, we were a little scared at the thought of having a large hole cut open in the middle of our living/kitchen/dining area - however this option seemed like the best by far with respect to price, usability, resale value and build time. Throughout the entire process, Andrew and his team were wonderful to deal with. Their level of customer service and workmanship was second to none and not something you see very often nowadays. We particularly liked how Andrew, John (the builder) and the engineer attended site and consulted with us to find a suitable solution to turning the space into two bedrooms instead of one (we ended up with an issue of both older children wanting their rooms up there). We found one and the build commenced a couple of weeks later, with the entire project (inclusive of our engaged trades, eg flooring, painting, aircon install) being finished in 3 weeks and just before Christmas. We could not believe how perfectly everything went. Now several weeks later, the kids are loving their new bedrooms and we now have a spare room for guests (or storage!). In addition to the premium storage room, Roof Space Renovators also installed a skylight as part of the above project. It has made such a difference to our home office. Previously a very dark room, which required lights on at all times, it is now bright and fantastic to work in. No more sore eyes!
