Charge out work they don't complete. Then expect you to bring your car back when they get caught out. That's a no from me.

We had our cars air con fail at exactly the wrong time with both me and my partner going on shift the next day and needing the car. A call first thing in the morning to the team at IronPort explaining the fault and being time poor the lads said bring it now we will see what we can do to help. They contacted Sally in the afternoon with news they had diagnosed the problem and quoted a repair cost. They had finished at the end of the same day with costs as quoted with a detailed receipt. We couldn't have asked for better service, willingness and understanding. Helpful and professional service.

Always a worry when after a mechanic in a different state. Seemed okay. Service price pretty good but told had a faulty shock absorber and so had to replace them which was a pretty costly exercise. Left phone on counter & fortunately big thanks to Kane/Cain who remembered where we were staying & dropped it off.

Iron port mechanical dropped a 4wd wheel onto my partners car during a routine service damaging the body work (still had to foot the parts for the service but labour was waived). No courtesy car or a hire car was provided as promised by management when incident occurred,so my partner wouldn’t be inconvenienced while it got repaired. Continually got the run around from staff “we will get the manager to call you” or “we will get the owner to call you” to then have to go into the shop to receive exactly the same line because I haven’t heard from them. Now 10 months on, they are trying to claim that we requested specialty parts as part of the repair so they paid the smash repairer short!! Still can’t get an answer or any paper work from iron port to prove what these specialty parts were nor can the smash repairer!!!Use them at your own risk beware of there dodgy management of customer concerns and complaints.Good for your response below, unfortunately 15minutes after it was posted I rang to discuss and you were uncontactable again…

Called early morning and had my car done by lunchtime great guys very helpful great pricing air conditioner working good as new would highly recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing service! The starter motor in our Ford Ranger died, had it towed to these guys based on the tow truck drivers recommendation. The part had to come from Perth so we had it serviced while waiting. Many thanks to Justin for his patience with our multiple phone calls. We called to let them know we would be hiring a car and would come and get the freezer and baby seat, which they removed for us. Such incredible service, better than we have received at home on the east coast. Our car has been blowing white smoke for 18 months on start up which has been checked over 4 times with no answer, no white smoke since this service. I can't recommend them enough!

In a land where a two week wait to look at a car is the norm, the crew at IronPort offered at least to look at my car.Then they went above and beyond to make sure I was safe and had somewhere to stay while I waited a mere 2 days for parts.They were friendly, reassuring and most important ... Got my car fixed in record time while I was 6000kms from home ❤️❤️The price is to be expected. We're not in Kansas anymore, Toto

OMG! These guys are real life super heroes! I rang up at 12pm on a Tuesday and tried my luck getting my car in for an aircon regas as we were passing through from Broome.. i thought for sure id be wasting my time. BUT THEN.. this amazing super woman answered my call and got us in! We were there 5 mins later. The technician came out, introduced himself and did it whilst my family and I waited inside. ABSOLUTE LEGEND! Everyone inside was so nice and accommodating, i really cant give you guys enough thanks! Thank you so much!!! From the Allan family!

They were very helpful but unfortunately our vehicle was to big for there hoist. They were the only ones out of about 7 phone calls to different places in Port Hedland that would at least attempt to have a go at fixing our Motorhome.
