Don’t go near these guys. Rude sales person they have no after sales support just try and blame the customer. We got a faulty machine they couldn’t fix it, wouldn’t replace it and when returned wouldn’t give a full refund.DONT BUY FROM THESE GUYS!

We used Snow Flow for a school fete recently to hire a fairy floss machine. Their communication was seamless. They were happy to experiment and try new colours to fit our theme and the machine was so easy to use that we ran out of floss as it was sooo popular!!! I would highly recommend using Snow Flow for hiring for your next event!

Amazing customer service and product! Called Snow Flow on Thursday afternoon and they delivered a slushie machine the next day, with the flavouring, cups and straws. Super quick fast and easy service. 100% would recommend!

We hired the soft serve machine for our wedding and it was an absolute hit. Guests started on the soft serve before the main meals itself. It was super easy and no work for us - Eli did all the delivering, picking up and setting up. Eli and Michelle were great to work with - definitely recommend hiring from them!
