I placed a repair call for my dryer because it had stopped working. Jack called me and explained what he thought was wrong with the dryer and how he could probably fix it but it wouldn’t be worth the money to fix it. So we decided not to get him to come out. I found this to be outstanding customer service. Very customer focused and not chasing $$$. I will use UNEED anytime I need anything done based on their customer service.

I first met Jack when he was working for another company and he came to fix the oven and then the washing machine sometime later. I was so happy with Jack’s work I have continued to use him and UNEED Electrical Services for all my electrical work.It is very easy to book a job with Brenda over the phone. She is always so friendly and helpful. Jack is a fabulous electrician. He offers great suggestions and nothing is too much trouble for him. Jack is reliable & trustworthy and his work is great value for money. I would have no hesitation in recommending UNEED to anyone.

Excellent customer service - highly recommend! Lodged a maintenance call for a broken dishwasher on Friday afternoon and contractors arrived on Monday morning before 9am. All round service 5* - staff were friendly, neat, tidy and professional and took time to explain the problem and tips for future use. Would use again

The guy who came to fix our stove was so good. He was friendly, quick to fix the issue, he was on time and very personable.He was also super non judgemental. We were having a chat which turned to me mentioning I just got invited on my first ever date and when asked if she was pretty I said it's a guy and yes he was very handsome and he responded well that's good as long as you like him that's the point. It was nice to not hear a negative comment.I would recommend these people for anyone who was great, quick and friendly service
