Wow, this is where you go to find fantastic service and advice. The lady who obviously had been there awhile was so helpful. We both got our questions answered, examples when needed were brought out of stock to show us and great suggestions made which meet our needs perfectly. I'm sorry I didn't ask her name as I would post it here. Thoroughly recommend this site.Back again for a new laundry mixer and again the lady was fantastic and again I forgot to get her name. Go there now!!

What a wonderful change to find GREAT service, Janella could not have been more helpful, she showed us the various brands & explained about them, then contacted the rep to make sure they were available, as our local store was closed for renovations, we had been to other outlets but no one it seemed could be bothered spending time with us never mind being helpful! we came down from the Barossa.....it was worth the trip, if your looking for help & advice, I doubt you will find better service anywhere else....
