Shane and the team are worth their weight in gold as a new ops supervisor coming on board and having no idea what was established. turned out they were using Brislec, from first contact with Shane he was so professional and despite being one of the main heads running the show and organising everything his attention to customers and clients is above reproach. Even for myself he came down to site and took time to walk me through the pros and cons of a job I was planning giving an unbiased and best outcome for the customer approach and opinion they have serviced this site for years keeping it immaculate and since coming on board helped us plan rollout and install a new lighting system in our warehouse I was heading. saving us $$$ on our power bill, while reducing the amount of lights needed but lighting more space!!!The service for them them is invaluable and I couldn’t recommend them higher.

Short version:Search for someone else.Brislec were 3.75hrs late to a booking. Brislec conducted an 1hr job and invoiced for 1.5hrs(incl. parts). No phone call from them ahead to say why/when they would be late.Long version:Brislec were recommended by Beacon Lighting at Cannon Hill for installations and electrical work. Brislec were contacted on a Tuesday for the following Thursday, a 7am Thursday booking was arranged. Details were provide and confirmed to them for the job(Name, Phone number and address etc.) No later times were available.Thursday 7am: No Electrician and no phone call from Brislec.7:30am Still no Electrician. No phone call from Brislec.7:50am A phone call was made to them and it was explained that the Electrician was at another job and they won't arrive until 9am-9:30am.9:33am No Electrician. No phone call from Brislec. A phone call was made to them and it was further explained by them that the Electrician was still at the previous job, that it was an emergent, government contract job, that they were still running late and the new time they would arrive would be 10:30am. There were no other Electricians or alternatives were available to reassign.10:35am a message was sent via mobile from Brislec to say the Electrician will arrive at 10:45am.10:45am Electrician finally arrived.Between 7am and 10:30am 2(two) calls were made to Brislec to follow-up where/when their Electrician would arrive. There were no phone calls received from them to give any indication of time or if there were other alternatives. The conversations had were to wait until the Electrician arrived.Brislec- (The main contact provided and booking was made to) said that they didn't have the number to call because the number that called them was on private. The main contact I called was visiting another site, the booking details/number were written down but in the office so they couldn't call me.The previous job that they were attending was emergent, a government contracted job and was more a priority over the customer booking. Further to that there were no other Electricians available from them to reassign. The only correspondence received from them was a text from a mobile to say they would be late from an approximate time.The wait time from when the original booking of 7am, until Brislec arrived 10:45am, was 3.75 hrs and they billed their services per hour. The job took 1hr:8mins and Brislec invoiced 1.5hrs. The installation was completed but overall, this ordeal with Brislec was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

Yesterday was the second time that I have used Brislec Services to install replacement fans. I cannot fault them, from the outset their service has been excellent. Both of the service personnel have been professional and helpful, could not have been more pleased with the service. Arriving on time and being very respectful, leaving my place with no mess to clear up. If only all trades were to this high standard. Also dealing with the office has been a pleasure. I would highly recommend this business. Thanks to all concerned.

Extremely happy with the service and professionalism of Brislec. Date was confirmed in advance, they arrived on time, talked me through each job as it was done and they cleaned up afterwards...they even went that 'extra mile' by driving to Bunnings to finalise an unexpected custom retro-fit to my new powerboard.I recommend Brislec and will certainly be using them again.

Brislec have looked after our office and warehouse electrical needs for the last 12 months and they have been super professional and very reliable. They are always very quick to respond when we have any major power outages or issues and they help limit any downtime that this would cause.I have also used Brislec for my home renovations and wowee, the lighting and electrical solutions they suggested and installed have really made a massive difference.I 100% recommend Brislec for any commercial or residential electrical needs!

I can highly recommend Shane and the guys at Brislec. This was the first time I've had to arrange substantial electrical and data cabling work so didn't know what to expect in terms of hours and cost. I also got them to mount my TV on the wall at the same time. Now the work is completed, I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work and the price quoted was very fair based on the time and materials. The electricians were prompt on both days, very friendly and worked solidly throughout. I'll definitely be using them again for our next electrical job.

Brislec came and fixed my hot water system so quickly. I called them Friday afternoon, prepaid the invoice they sent and they came Monday morning. Super friendly, let me know what he did and fixed the problem in about 30mins. Would definitely recommend!

I highly recommend Brislec.The electricians we had were experienced technicians and offered solutions to all our problems.We lost power and Bryce arrived promptly and restored it quickly. We then used them for other issues; Bryce installed sensors and changed lights and Jordon's data work was exceptional. Communication and service from both was professional and helpful, will be using them again next time.
