absolutely terrible service, girls at the front just sit and watch food warm, and takes a very long time for a simple meal. stop watching food warm and serve it, sat there watching my food in the warmer about 5 minutes before i actually got it

Well I haven’t been to Red Rooster since the mid 90s when Tina’s Sweet Sorrento was gracing the living rooms everywhere mostly because it’s just chicken and sure it’s good chicken but it’s just chicken so when I rocked up at the drive thru speaker was I surprised to find the chicken is now fried as well and that is not just chicken anymore because at home I don’t house a deep fryer so fried chicken is somewhat of a treat. My best point of reference is the competitor fried chicken just up the road so when I pick up the fried chicken my first impression is boy this is crispy much more-so than competitor chicken so I go in for first bite and at first I’m concerned that it’s dry but on further investigation I realise that it’s just that’s it’s not dripping with oil all the way through like competitor chicken now don’t get me wrong I love competitor chicken for all its 11 degrees of deliciousness and this had a different flavour which was overall pleasant in its own right but definitely more crispy and also not dripping in grease but yes it was still moist, depending on the cut some pieces moister than others so yeah it was a home run.Update 17/03/23Downgraded to 3 stars for incompetence. Sign says add on honey chicken for $2.50. They said they don’t have honey sauce do I want red sauce. I said I’ll just have no sauce. Get to window and total price seems to High. Ask if the chicken was $2.50. They’re confused, I said I wanted the add on for $2.50. We don’t have honey sauce for that offer. Yes so I’ll have the same thing without the honey sauce. Too hard to understand. I got charged full price. What?

Food was fresh and actually pretty good... however. Tables were dirty, the men's restroom was not available so everyone was using the ladies and it was an absolute mess! Hand dryer not working. Rubbish outside the store was overflowing and all over the walkway, bins need immediate attention!Staff where friendly and well presented :)

I was in the area and got take out but travelled to my home. Ordered and charged for a triple red spicy burger box meal, and just got the single spicy box. Not happy that I was charged $18 meal for something that's about $12

Im sure the drive through is a very important part of the business, however to not even acknowledge a customer standing at the counter for 5 mins that is trying to place an order. Couldn't wait any longer as I only get a short lunch break, forced to go next door to Mc Donalds, where i was served straight away.

There is a blonde that works here, when we asked in the speaker if we could have our chicken fresh in our meal she said yes then as we were driving down to pay she keeps staring at our car and when she was over receiving the order from the person that cooks it to give it to us she and some other employees were laughing and making fun of what we said. But really it’s no laughing matter. Terrible service not good enough. Grow up because if you’re not mature enough to be working at red rooster leave!!!

This is the best outlet for service. Customer service 5 stars. They r flexible and suggest alternatives if a certain food ran out. We were served by a male teen and male staff at the back. A pity we forgot to get their names.

Ordered chickens for Christmas day pick up. Such a great idea. Easy to pre order and pick up was quick.
