I love this place good prices good staff you won't be disappointed

Very disappointed with a a worker named James in Murray bridge store this morning on the 10/12/22 rang re a drill I purchased last Saturday that was shooting sparks out of it was rude in saying that it wasn't the one we purchased apparently serial no was not the same made us feel like crims we will not ever go back again we have purchased a lot of stuff and won't be back again

Not a bad place when short on cash but great to find things to buy that you can't find any where else

I just love this place. They sell quality items at reasonable prices.

This store would have to be the biggest Cash Convertors I have visited. A huge range of furniture, all shapes and sizes. A large area of farm machinery tools, with every thing from bikes to fishing rods, sports equipment, computers, tablets etc. spent an hour in this huge store wandering around looking. The staff I spoke to were helpful and pleasant to talk to. A great store if yo are looking for some thing a little on the cheap side.

The most dishonest staff i've dealt with in business. I've left my purse on the counter with staff & had $500 taken from it while i went out to car to collect paperwork. They've lied about having my stolen goods in pawn and tried to onsell cheap before i could take legal action. I bought an item on layby and when i went to collect it half was missing and they refused to make good. When i asked them where the other half of the item was, i was told probably misplaced"

$199 for a phone that comes with just a charging cable, if you want data transfer you’ll need to buy your own data cable. But they don’t tell you this until you go back wondering why the USB cable that comes with all phones isn’t transferring data! Here’s a hint Cashies, either advertise the cable supplied is a cheap charge only cable, or supply the proper cable that usually comes with the phone. Last time we go to this store. Not sure the staff aren’t still supposed to be wearing masks as of visit, but none are.

Worst place to buy stuff, purchased a king size bed, according to them its brand new and once i put the mattress my 8yr old was excited for new bed and the moment he stood on the bed the underneath slat broke, also purchaed kind single gas lift bed with no instruction manual and half of the stuff as parts of bed not even delivered…

The LP records are over priced for the condition they are in and most of the store is not wheelchair accessible. Can't get down rows for a good look.

I baught a off road Gopher of them for my wife who has trouble walking, the day after I baught it she had a stroke and was in hospital for 3 months, she did not use it until recently and only been on it 3 times when she hit a bump in the road and a steering bracket snapped, they told me that there would give me 12 months warranty on it apart from the batteries, but when I phoned them up and spoke to the manager he told me they would not help me cause of mis use and he was very rude, I argued with him, he later phoned me up and said if I buy the parts he may be able to fit it for free.I would not recommend anyone to buy a gopher of them because the warranty part is just verbal lies. Not happy and going to talk to the ombudsman.
