The staff here are really professional and polite, and get the job done very quickly. I had the gorilla glass screen protector with 1 year warranty installed on my new iPhone, and they were happy to replace it after I dropped my phone and smashed the protector within the year.I'll come back for all repairs and screen protectors.

4.8 stars out of 560 reviews says it all and was the main reason why I decided to give them a shot. The battery in my ever so faithful Pixel 3xl died and the charging port was very temperamental. I was debating whether to have the phone repaired or bite the bullet and purchase another phone but after chatting to Cityphones, I opted to have it repaired. I'm so glad I did. They gave me honest advice and fantastic service at a competitive price! Highly recommend these guys.

I took my Samsung S20FE in for a broken screen. I informed the technician of how it broke and what was happening with the phone. They assured me it was unrepairable (stateing the motherboard was broken) and offered me a new phone. I declined and got a new phone online. When i was plugging my broken phone in to my computer to transfer the data the screen worked fine. In short, my unrepairable" phone is now working fine and I bought a phone i did not need to buy.2 stars for fixing the unrepairable phone

Great service. After having broken the screen of my Galaxy S9 Plus which was replaced by Samsung for about $350, I urgently needed a screen protector fitted. The guys at Cityphones fitted one from stack that had faulty adhesive as they were unable to achieve 100% contact with the new screen. After trying 3 more screen protectors over the next 30 minutes, they gave my phone back with a screen protector that had about 98% contact at NO CHARGE as they were not 100% happy. I was grateful that my new screen was now protected.18 months later, I broke my screen protector so naturally, I went back to Cityphones who fitted a screen protector whilst I waited. No trouble with their stock this time so paid my $35 and this happy customer was on my way in no time. Thanks for your work guys.

The way I rate is for the service I get from the store. I don't tell them anything until after everything is done to get permission for the pictures I take. Why the little disclaimer because of the device we have in our hands and it has to get repaired at some point. There is repairs and there is like everywhere rip off's. Never allow any company like Apple, Google stop these guys from working, and in any industry. Because then they win and we pay through the...and it hurts. Then we have to deal with the rip off techs. And that is our job to stop them by continuing working, unfortunately we can't have it both ways. I had the glass break from the screen and did not need the LCD replaced. That's a hard thing to do if you haven't got the tools to do. For the total replacement of the screen $450 now that hurts. Pixel 2xl has a reputation in Australia as a difficult phone to repair, and with not to many repair places doing just that I found one. Gave the phone in $250 later phone working and a good job done. Next day the screen started playing up to the point it made it difficult to use my phone. In the meantime I fell asleep with the phone in my hand in a otter case it hit the ground 3 times. Now I have to get the screen replaced. And that was a $450 painful experience not considering $250 already spent. Did I bit more checking and found this repair shop in the Melbourne CBD called Cityphones. Their price list is what made me go there, $250 full screen replacement. And I don't care if it's the same, because all screens get done by 2 factories in the world. I'm taking the risk of getting what you pay for and I'm glad to say I took the risk. It took them over an hour but I've got my phone back. And writing this review on it four days later. So these 2 guys that work there have found somehow a place to get cheap screen's or the rest are ripping us off. And that's what the OEM's should be worried about if they care about their phones and their customers. Provide the training and the equipment to repair your phone's, and have them in every city possible and in case of living in country to provide replacement phone and pick up and return options. Even if you have to travel to the City to get your phone fixed let's stop this why Australians pay more for everything. Ask your local member of parliament that and ask to tell you the truth. And that truth is insulting. Go to these guys and if you are happy with the job they did review the place if not do the same. The device in your hand can do wonders take advantage of it

The staff at Cityphones were so helpful! Fixed my phone when the screen was completely unresponsive and put on a glass screen protector. They were even kind enough to fix some bubbling at no extra charge. Highly recommend this place!

Great service A++ and friendly staff. My phone model was 2 years old i.e. galaxy a72 and they had both non-wallet case and screen protector. Perfect screen protector fix and no bubbles. Great job.

This shop is amazing, they fixed my iPhone 13 Pro max with genuine apple part. The phone become brand new again. Very happy with the service. They also helped me to put screen protector and phone case. keep up the good work.
