Brent did a great job of getting me back on my board and also back running.As many middle aged to older guys I got into some bad habits of poor posture and not knowing the right exercises to do. He has a great attitude and great knowledge about all aspects of physio!A very professional service.

I have been treated by Ava over the last few months. I was so impressed by my first meeting with her. She took her time to really listen and understand the background of my chronic pain. Consequently, I feel as though I am in very safe and capable hands, and am getting relief from my lower back pain. It is always a pleasure to see her smiling face and she always makes me feel welcome. I saw Brent as a once off when I couldn't see Ava who I usually see. He had taken the time to consult with Ava and was just as wonderful.

I can't say enough about the wonderful Brent Kelly, physiotherapist extraordinaire.Such a delightful, extremely professional, and knowledgable young man.I had a fall and broke my ankle, and he has been helping me manage my injury for the last 5 weeks.He explains everything clearly, is very kind to this old girl, and has helped me to get moving again so quickly so I could get back to my granny duties asap.Thank you so much Brent. xxx

Started with an initial assessment and have continued with the pilates classes during my pregnancy. The group classes are intimate and you really do get the individualised care throughout the class! Cannot recommend enough.

Brent and the entire team at Freshwater physio are great! The receptionist is always very friendly and helpful for booking in appointments and processing payments. I love the Pilates classes and how they are tailored to each persons specific needs. Great overall experience and very helpful in treating multiple injuries!

Bri is amazing, super lovely, genuinely wants to get me fixed and I am improving massively every time I see her. Also saw Ava when Bri was away and she is fantastic too. Definitely would recommend to anyone seeking physiotherapy.
