Lily Homes built our beautiful home and were amazing from beginning to end. Even with the challenges of Covid lock downs and lengthy rain periods - their amazing team went above and beyond to build our dream home.

From the start when we initially walked into Lily Homes display homes through to the final completion of our house they have been nothing short of amazing! They were very thorough and informative through the entire process and Leora guided us through it all and her customer service was exceptional. There was never a delay in an email response before, during and after the build.During colour sections of our home, this can seem daunting for some but Santina made the process so easy for us and also gave us amazing recommendations and showed us a huge variety of options in their beautiful showroom.Once the build commenced Leora gave us constant updates on the progression and Daniel the site supervisor was absolutely incredible. Once again kept us updated and made sure the workers/tradies on site did an amazing job all throughout in a timely manner, and Daniel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for our brand new home. I feel he is a huge asset to the business!Building a house can be a stressful experience for some but for us it’s safe to say we never had any issues whatsoever and I highly recommend Lily Homes to any friends family or colleagues and would definitely build with them again

Overall, building with Lily Homes was a positive experience. They provided a quality product at a competitive price point, delivered within a reasonable time frame. These are the necessities of a successful company however customer service and efficiency will often determine a five star review. Fortunately for Lily Homes customer service turned out to be a strong point, with the Customer Service Officer(s) assigned being both professional as they were knowledgeable. They provided regular updates throughout the course of the build, and even assisted in resolving unnecessary delays with the other parties involved in the construction process. The Site Supervisor was equally attentive, being both down to earth and easy to deal with, he addressed any issues raised in a timely manner. Building a new home can be an uncertain process, with no shortage of frustration and delays along the way. But if I was to do it again, I would strongly consider Lily Homes as my choice of builder.

We had our home built during the time of Sydney floods and COVID manpower shortages, so we were nervous from the outset. But our experience is remarkable !The design team were responsive to our specifications, the colour/style team were the same. Our project manager was communicative, responsive and totally on top of his remit.The result is a beautiful home that was built quickly and professionally and is admired by our friends,...the workmanship is outstanding. We couldn't be happier. And within budget (which is the most remarkable thing of all !!)Anyone looking for a project home builder would do well to consider Lily Homes.As an aside, we spoke to the subcontractors as they came and went and, without exception, they all praised Lily Homes as a fine company for them to deal with....and if your tradies are happy then the job is going to go better.11/10 for Lily Homes.

As a first home buyer, we walked through many new construction homes and heard stories from my friends about horrific experiences when building their own homes . After seeing Lily Homes , it was clear that the quality and attention to detail was next level with upfront honest discussions which as lead to excellent outcomes within the budget. It was great working with Jessica, Natalie and Paul throughout the building process. They were easy to get in touch with and quick to respond to any questions that came up. The project management tool that they provided had great transparency, made the selection process easy, and aided in communication throughout the entirety of the build right from designs, colour selections and to completion.We would certainly recommend Lily Homes, and would be happy to build with them again in the future.

Sign up to this company if you want to be lied to and waste a year of your life. I had high hopes from the beginning however I was wrong, I was manipulated into signing a contract and paying a 5 per cent deposit- only after that to find out the property is flame zone which is something that they should of checked before paying a deposit. As I couldn't afford a further 100k on top of the agreed price I had to cancel the contract and asked for my deposit bac- they had lied and said documents have been sent to council which they had not. I had to spend money on a lawyer and obtain letters of demand. They finally agreed when they realised I was willing to take it to court.Don't waste your money or time with this company- the customer service is appalling and they should be ashamed for giving no apology.

We've been working with Lily Homes for the past 6 months planning the upcoming build of our new family home. We've had a great experience so far and are particuarly grateful to our Customer Service Officer, Leora, for being so helpful, professional, and approachable throughout this whole process! We're really looking forward to the build commencing shortly and excited to see our plans come to life.

Working with Lily Homes proved to be a pleasant and successful experience from beginning to end. Thanks in part to Steve's diligence, communication was consistently thorough throughout the project; meaning there were absolutely no surprises! We couldn't be happier with his work or that of the construction team who worked diligently on site. The finished product truly exceeded our expectations - we couldn't have asked for anything better!
